These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the player and p6x with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
Use of the p6x platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
p6x reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at p6x's discretion.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active p6x account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different identities, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. p6x may require proof of any information provided at any time. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, false identity, or false address — is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether by you or any third party who gains access through your credentials, is your responsibility. Notify p6x support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, p6x requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID) and, where required, proof of address. p6x may also request a selfie holding the submitted ID. KYC verification is mandatory and non-negotiable.
p6x accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. p6x does not charge fees on standard deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p6x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical faults, unauthorized account access, or the unavailability of services. p6x's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
The p6x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p6x makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
p6x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach, p6x may forfeit any outstanding bonus balance. Verified deposited funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method used, subject to applicable AML review.

Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
